I just gotta say that I have the best friends in the whole world. I really do, and I just wanted to have a little bragging session about it. I can't even begin to tell you how amazing they really are. They are smart, funny, and seriously beautiful in every way. We aren't your regular group of girls. We don't fight. Sure we get sick of each other and we all have our moments...we are girls its to be expected, but we get over it. Fast. We don't do drama. We have been through a lot together and we continue to support and help each other out no matter what happens. Every girl has their own individual trials, but all of us know that we have the comfort and support of our amazing friends. If one of us has a problem it becomes everyones problem. I like to say...you mess with one of us and you mess with all of us. We all worry about each other way too much and i'm convinced these girls have intuition. There have been multiple times where me or someone else is having a hard time, and one of these wonderful ladies will just get a "feeling" that something is wrong. It seriously blows my mind. This next month is going to be really hard for me knowing that a lot of us are splittng up. Through my hardest times i've had ALL of these girls within walking distance and while none of them are moving across the country (thank heavens), it's time for that next chapter in our lives. Though we may not all live as close or be going to the same school like we have been for the past 6 years, I know that we will stay close because thats just how we are. I wish my words could even come close to showing you how great these girls really are...unfortunately they can't and you are jut going have to try to comprehend their amazingness by this post. Whichever boys end up being priveleged enough to marry or even just date any one of these ladies should know they are the luckiest sons of guns ever. So to all of my best friends: I love you and thank you for everything. I am so blessed.

Hidden Talents. Don't Forget to Share Them.
Some of you may be musical, artistic, athletic, etc. etc.
I on the other hand have a much more hidden and valuable talent....one you don't find all that often.
Dying to know what my hidden talent is?
I am the BEST house sitter ever.
Not a talent you say?
Bull.
Talent it is.
Someone goes out of town and I get a call to come watch the house...and/or the animals in it.
This week my aunt is in Park City and sure enough I have been called upon to house/cat sit.
Some people would just have someone come check on their animals everyday or something like that...but it seems my employers always want me to stay in their houses. Sleep. Live. Do whatever the freak I want.. like throw parties n' such.
Proof that i'm just that good of a house sitter.
They may be having the time of their life on vacation, but who is to say I am not having a little vacation of my own at their house.
Though to you my talent may seem ridiculous, I quite enjoy it.
So next time you have decided to leave on vacation, call me up and I will give your house the best sitting its ever had.

The Let Down
Commercial comes on...
FUNNEL CAKES ARE BACK AT IHOP!
The cravings started shortly after.
So I made a little trip to the other end of Orem, ordered my funnel cake with strawberry sauce on the side, and waited for my long anticipated plate of fried deliciousness (or what was supposed to be).
As I took my first bite, my thoughts went from excitement to disappointment reeeeal quick.
I think I will just stick to my Del Taco Funnel Cake Fries.
Seriously they are WAY better!
Lesson learned: Del Taco will never decieve you...but Ihop just might.
Take that into consideration when making funnel cake decisions and stuff.

A Night in the Lives of Shayli Johnston and Cierra Hansen
Shayli and I had planned our night. After hanging out at my little sisters birthday party, we were going to stay in, redbox a movie, and be worthless in the basement while we watched it.
Shayli and I had planned our night. After hanging out at my little sisters birthday party, we were going to stay in, redbox a movie, and be worthless in the basement while we watched it.
Little did we know our night was going to be full of thrills....the creepy serial killer type.
We decided to drive around looking at houses that we liked. We ended up in the middle of Pleasant Grove in a nice neighborhood just admiring the pretty houses (keep in mind it was late, around 12:30). We noticed a red car lurking about, but didn't pay much attention to it. We circled around for a bit and on our way out of the neighborhood we noticed the red car was parked on the side of the road. We were in my little Mazda 3, and Shayli was in the passenger's seat. She glanced over and happened to make eye contact with this stranger driving the red car, noticing that he was a creepy man in his late forties/early fifties alone in his car. We then proceeded to leave the neighborhood, and so did he....
We soon realized he was following us, and started to panic knowing that my car was below empty on gas and we still had awhile to go before we arrived at my house in Orem. Neither of us wanted to believe that he was REALLY following us... you always hear creepy stories about this happening but it never REALLY happens to you right?? Well I decided to figure out if this was for real happening or if it was just a creepy coincidence. I started making random turns, and sure enough our stalker followed. We thought of what boy we could call that would come out and scare him away if we pulled up to their house. Unfortunately the specific boys that we knew would save us were either out of town, or we had already passed their house seeing as I was driving extremely fast, so we decided just to try and make it back to my house without running out of gas.
As we approached my neighborhood our stalker was close behind, and we really started to get scared. Shayli knew I was really scared because I started biting my nails....a dirty habit that only comes about when i'm scared or anxious. I was definately both. My mind was running a million miles per hour as I tried to think of what to do. I did not want this man knowing where I live, but I didn't want to keep driving either for fear my car would not make it much further....if we had to pull over we were surely dead meat. I knew what I had to do....so I practically yelled to Shayli "I'M GONNA LOSE HIM!", and I put my pedal to the floor....Seriously I gunned it. I was going SO fast down this little street. As I sped up, so did he and he turned on his brights. I don't think my adrenaline levels have ever been so high. I kept going, turned into my cul-de-sac, pulled into my driveway, turned off my car, and yelled to Shayli to run into my house! We then made a dead run for it and landed in my living room where we knew we were safe, but decided to creep back onto the front porch to see if there were any signs of him. We could hear a car and it sounded like it was driving fast. Sure enough, a few seconds later, we saw that little red car speed right past my cul-d-sac. My parents were furious, naturally, and they threatened to go out and find him. I am just extremely happy that:
A) We made it home without running out of gas
B) I was able to lose him for just long enough to escape
C) I can kick it into Fast and Furious mode if necessary, and my car is willing to play along
D) There have been no signs of the creepy stalker since. (I pray it stays that way)
...Now you have a glimpse of what a dull night in the lives of Shayli and Cierra looks like. I can't say I exactly enjoyed that thrilling half hour of my life...but it definately made for a good story.

Stay Beautiful...
It seems to be that everywhere I go everyone is living their perfect little storybook relationship. Weekly in Relief Society we have the "good news minute"....turns out we only have one form of good news in our ward (i'm assuming most singles wards are this way), it starts with
I'M
and ends with
ENGAGED
Now don't get me wrong, I am making this sound completely like I am envious and wanting a ring on my finger.
ABSOLUTELY NOT!
I am a child. In no way shape or form ready for that yet. I am simply just facinated by the relationships around me and I can't help but wonder what my Happily Ever After will look like. Probably because one short year ago I was living my perfect little story book relationship too. We were one of those couples I so willingly stalk now-a-days. It's somewhat hard for me to picture sometimes. He is the only boy I have ever really been serious with. It all began my Sophomore year in highschool and last summer, when he was called to serve the beautiful people of the West Indies, we took a leap of faith. He has now (in one week) been serving for one year. I can hardly believe it.
No, things are not how I pictured they would be at all.
No, I don't regret so willing sending him off.
It had to be done. They needed him and he needed them.
So Elder Joshua Albert Flores, although I don't know what lies in store for you and I, thanks for being my best friend. I love you. Congrats on hitting your one year mark!!!

I hope your life leads you back to my door
Oh, but if it don't, stay beautiful"-T. Swift
I hope your life leads you back to my door
Oh, but if it don't, stay beautiful"-T. Swift
...and to all of you beautiful couples....expect me to continue to stalk.

Sunday Lovin'
I truely believe this quote to be true.
Back in the day, before real life began, (meaning before I had school and work...even in the summer) I used to hate Sundays because they were "boring". I now, however, have a great appreciation for this special 7th day of the week. Its a day where school and work are no where in sight, where sleeping in AND taking a nap are both possible, where I have way too much time to be on facebook and blog, where watching at least one movie is a routine, where walks are most enjoyable, where making some sort of dessert is a must, and where I can play in the backyard like a little kid.
Rain or shine it's a day of peace and rest.
So milk your Sunday for all its worth because there's really no other day quite like it.
Happy Sunday!

Samantha Brooke Warner
Sammy Warner.
HAPPY 18TH BIRTHDAY
I don't know when or how we became so close but it just keeps getting better and better. I seriously can tell this girl anything and know that no judgements will be made. She is simply amazing. I look up to her so much for so many different reasons. She is one tough cookie. No matter what goes wrong she gets through it...somehow, and with a good and positive attitude. She's one of the few people I can say really "gets" me. I can sit down with her, get into deep conversations for hours, and know that she is listening and is going to give me constructive feedback. Monday nights seem to be the nights we end up doing nothing together....she comes and picks me up, we go get icees, sit up at the water towers, blast Justin Bieber and talk for hours.
So thanks for being so great Bam! You know I would go to extreme measures for you, and that i'll always be here! One call, and i'll be on my way to Harmons parking lot in the blink of an eye!:) have the best day ever...you deserve it!
I love you!

Here goes nothing...
Anyone who has been around me in the past little while will know that I have been "imaginary blogging" like crazy. Any event that has been worth documenting I have "imagingary blogged" about. I have been contemplating getting a "real" blog for sometime now and it looks like it is finally happening. I am always blog-stalking and I can't help but wonder how people get so clever and so creative while blogging. I can assure you that will not be me. So while I may not be getting America's Next Top Blogger award anytime soon, here goes nothing as I enter the world of blogging.
